Cheese Scone Recipe

230g Flour
60g Butter
50g Cheese
150ml Milk
Pinch of Salt

Start by combining the butter, flour and salt.

Then mix in the milk and cheese. This will leave you with a sticky dough.

Pu the dough onto a floured surface. Knead the dough, but be careful not to overwork.

Then start to cut out your scones.

Put on to a baking tray and brush with a bit of milk.

Bake of 15-20mins and then enjoy.
