Blueberry Muffins

Small Punnet of Blueberries
260g Self Raising Flour
125ml Semi Skimmed Milk
120g Caster Sugar
150g Butter
2 Eggs

Start by creaming together the butter and sugar. 

Then combine the eggs

Then fold in the flour and then the milk. 

Finally adding in the blueberries making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mix. 

Then pop them in the oven for about 20mins at 170

Now you can enjoy them.
